8 reasons why we loved 2008...

{because frankly, writing 2,008 things (or 208 or even 28) about the year would be a serious pain, and probably annoying for you to read...so that's why i chose a better number..8}

this was one fabulous year.

and i'm a little sad to see it go, but 2009 is going to rock even more. so here are 8 reasons why this year was killer:

1. first and foremost, i married my favorite person in the whole world.

may 17th will always and forever be my favorite day.

2. in preperation for my wedding i got to dress up, in a custom dress, and take some fab pictures, taken by a dear friend.

3. chris and i got new bikes, special from walmart, and rode around almost every single day during the summer.

4. we built our first home. (which we are still trying to decorate all the way. it takes a lot longer, and a lot more money than i thought).

5. we got to eat the most delicious free meal up @ deer valley resort, where we also had our wedding dinner.

6. we went on a rockin trip with two good friends (this couple and this couple). which was, sad to say, lots better than our honeymoon.

7. drove up the american fork canyon for many fun photos and picnics!

8. we also had a dinner picnic on the grass of a fast food resturant. rode a tandem bike. carved some serious awesome pumpkins. painted pictures of ourselves. and had many fun walks to church. (just to name a few of our favorites).

...and those were the only things we blogged about.
we sure did many fun things.
